Years ago I worked for an association whose executive director couldn’t decide on a good title for his “pet” female employee. After several iterations that were subsequently changed, he devised the title of “Director of Application Support and Creative Processes” or something ridiculous like that. What a bunch of BS. There was a total of only 13 employees. Odd, they both resigned on the same day…one forceably, and the other voluntarily.
